We worked with Callington Town Council and the Tamar Valley AONB Service on two related leaflets to promote the town and its intriguing "mural trail", and provide details of four self-guided walks in the surrounding Cornish countryside.
The council's existing leaflet describing the mural trail around the town was in need of updating, and it was decided to take the opportunity to combine this with a previously-separate "town guide" leaflet.
Graphic Words redesigned the leaflet and laid out the text and photographic content supplied by our clients into the folded A3 leaflet size selected.
At the same time, the Tamar Valley AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) Service commissioned a leaflet describing four country walks in the area surrounding the town, which includes Kit Hill country park. It was decided that this leaflet should be produced as a companion to the first. The leaflet included detailed instructions and points of interest for each of the four walks. Each was also shown on a sketch map (painted by a local artist) included within the leaflet.
Graphic Words also designed and printed the four additional walks leaflets giving details, illustrations of points of interest and maps for additional walks in and around the town.
Subsequently, Graphic Words was also commissioned to design and print an introductory leaflet for the newly-opened Callington Heritage Centre.
We produced an A3 leaflet, folding to standard 1/3 A4, containing details of the Centre's collections and some examples drawn from them.
